3. Booking and Appointments

When booking an appointment through our application:

  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding the service requested.
  • Cancellations or changes to bookings should be made within the timeframes specified by the spa.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Spa Management App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security of the application.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Spa Management App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
